Coaching Rooted in Real Experience
I’ve been training with the Academy for Coaching Excellence for the past two years and am under the supervision of a mentor coach as I complete the final steps toward my International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential — the global gold standard in coaching. I’m also deepening my awareness of trauma and trauma integration through Thomas Hübl’s Timeless Wisdom Training, a two-year program in collective healing and personal transformation.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in big tech as a software engineer and manager. My favorite part of the job was mentoring—helping people grow, navigate challenges, and find clarity in high-pressure environments. Eventually, I left the industry to travel — a year spent backpacking, followed by four years living in New Zealand. I also helped build a music business and created a financial advice blog before turning to coaching. These experiences taught me how to navigate reinvention and transition and the importance of having someone in your corner during change.
My “relationship résumé” includes a decade-long marriage, a divorce, and other significant relationships. I’ve explored both non-monogamy and conscious monogamy. I’ve done much of this well, and I’ve also made mistakes — and learned from both. I know what it means to wrestle with the messy questions of love, identity, and rebuilding. Through it all, I’ve learned how to stay steady in the messiness of relationships — to hold space for conflict without collapsing, to express desire and have difficult conversations, and to trust that even hard moments can open the door to deeper connections.
I’m an empathic human who’s wrestled with questions of purpose and perfectionism. I know what it’s like to feel stuck even when life looks good on paper. I’m drawn to what’s real: the honest moments, the brave questions, the places where life doesn’t go according to plan, and yet something deeper wants to emerge. I bring both compassion and strength — tuning in deeply while helping you take practical steps forward. My coaching isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about moving forward with integrity, honoring your experience, and creating transformation that lasts.
